Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Client Experience Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing end to end process of a client review program
  • Setting and communicating client engagement strategies
  • Assessing and improving current support

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 25%
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years client management, client support or market research experience
  • 5+ years experience in planning projects
  • 4+ years of project management or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
