Job Summary

A diversified healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Implementation Leader .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing assigned clients including implementation and on-going communication and support
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients
  • Actively engaging and supporting service levels and managing new client implementation process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel: Yes, 25% of the time
  • A combination of education (Bachelor or Master's degree) and related experience
  • Experience in delivering client - focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience following Agile methodologies
