Job Summary
An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Develop strong customer contacts and client management techniques to help define solutions for customer needs
- Establish metrics and monitor progress to assure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and attainment of company commitments and objectives
- Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, significant issue management and resolution reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Can travel 25% of the time to remote and onsite client engagements
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail, drive, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong people/team management skills and can provide direction to others as a project lead and/or functional/technical specialist
- Light experience in project management of systems implementations and integrations
