Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Service Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive and achievable client support plans for targeted account(s)
• Leading aspects of client services activities
• Collaborating with client on creating custom reports and deliverables

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of time
• Minimum BS or BA, 5+ years of work experience in the wireless telecom industry
• Detailed understanding of wireless voice and data network technologies
• Experience with technical mapping and engineering software – Accuver XCAP, MapInfo, etc
• Knowledge and understanding of network optimization and / or wireless network benchmarking tools
• RF Sales engineering or consulting background
