Job Summary
A privately held health technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Service Healthcare Representative I.
Must be able to:
- Receive incoming requests for information
- Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information
- Respond to requests by opening mail, assisting walk-ins and telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Administrative experience in an office setting
- Experience in customer service or training
- Effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use fax, copier, microfilm machine, and multiline phone system
