Job Summary

A privately held health technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Service Healthcare Representative I.

Must be able to:

  • Receive incoming requests for information
  • Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information
  • Respond to requests by opening mail, assisting walk-ins and telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Experience in customer service or training
  • Effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use fax, copier, microfilm machine, and multiline phone system
