Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Client Service Implementation Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to customers that results in a rapid implementation effort and a satisfied and referenceable client
  • Prepare detailed and accurate status reports on an ongoing basis and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate
  • Track major client-specific product deliverables and reinforcing the scope of work outlined in the contract

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in either healthcare, health providers, IT or Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
