Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing account initiatives and deliverables and tracks account initiatives
- Resolving and tracking client service issues and solve problems
- Setting mutually beneficial annual goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Must be able to work EST hours 8am-5pm
