Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing account initiatives and deliverables and tracks account initiatives
  • Resolving and tracking client service issues and solve problems
  • Setting mutually beneficial annual goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • Must be able to work EST hours 8am-5pm
