Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Services Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assembling and managing client teams
  • Maintaining a book of vendors, contractors, and pinch hitters
  • Leading the recruitment and hiring of new roles as bandwidth demands

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in agency, campaign, or managed services setting
  • Firsthand client management experience
  • Experience building offerings and evolving processes
  • Strong opinion about what makes work great or awful
  • Track record of excellent delivery against complex and creative client work
