Job Summary
An integrated communications provider is in need of a Telecommute Client Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the creation of operational action plans and issue resolution
- Coordinating the development of a process improvement plan
- Coordinating and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to contribute to the proposal process though client site visits
- Bachelors degree or a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, its standards and processes
- Previous experience / general understanding of insurance
- Domestic and international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience
- Excellent writing skills
