Job Summary

An integrated communications provider is in need of a Telecommute Client Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the creation of operational action plans and issue resolution
  • Coordinating the development of a process improvement plan
  • Coordinating and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to contribute to the proposal process though client site visits
  • Bachelors degree or a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, its standards and processes
  • Previous experience / general understanding of insurance
  • Domestic and international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience
  • Excellent writing skills
