Job Summary
A provider of financial software solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborate with Client Support leadership on Call Center solutions and technology stack
- Oversee and execute plans to bring individual department’s vision and strategy to life
- Own and provide reporting and analytics framework for tracking and analyzing metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of Operations or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS company and/or in the financial services/fintech industry
- 5+ years of Call Center Operations experience is a plus
