Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Client Services Representative in the Phoenix Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the main point of contact for customers
- Discussing payment options and educate our customers on our various promotional plans
- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their credit card inquires
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ months of customer service experience in any industry or equivalent military experience
- Must live within 65 miles of the call center in Phoenix, AZ
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
