Job Summary

An e-learning company is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Strategizing on how to deepen existing client relationships
  • Executing on operational improvements impacting the client experience and team experience
  • Initiating and owning execution for building team infrastructure, tools, processes and training

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of managing Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or similar teams
  • 5-7 years of Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting experience
  • 5-7 years managing a client portfolio of large, complex clients
  • Experience building efficiency and scalable Customer Success teams and programs
  • Ability to demonstrate deep empathy for clients, direct reports, partners and other team members
