Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning a book of business and driving the growth of those clients
  • Exceeding clients needs through proactive account management, diligent communication, and proactive execution
  • Driving and implementing scalable processes / procedures within the CS department

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a client success/customer service type role, preferably in the collections industry
  • Ability to translate data into business insights
  • Demonstrable experience engaging clients as stakeholders on business relationships
  • Professional temperament and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Awesome communication, presentation, and problem solving abilities
