An eCommerce agency is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Manager in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building out continued wishlist and enhancements for clients
  • Coming up with suggestions on growing and enhancing a customer's site
  • Updating clients on the status of their large initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of a client facing managerial role
  • Tech savvy, easily learn new technologies and tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work US hours (Central time zone) is critical
