An eCommerce agency is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Manager in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building out continued wishlist and enhancements for clients
- Coming up with suggestions on growing and enhancing a customer's site
- Updating clients on the status of their large initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of a client facing managerial role
- Tech savvy, easily learn new technologies and tools
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work US hours (Central time zone) is critical
