Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Client Support Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and coordinating a queue of open client issues
- Working closely with other departments to ensure resolution of technical issues and questions
- Resolving tier 1 support issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience, primarily in account management or customer support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with client-facing conversations at the executive level
- Strong organizational skills
