Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Client Support Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning and coordinating a queue of open client issues
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure resolution of technical issues and questions
  • Resolving tier 1 support issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience, primarily in account management or customer support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with client-facing conversations at the executive level
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
