Job Summary

A product manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Technical Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building credibility and trust with customers and departments
  • Providing solutions to software issues, inquiries and problems
  • Assisting in escalated application support issues for assigned solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel: May include up to 25% domestic
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Technical Support experience
