Job Summary

A global technology provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and/or resolving moderate to complex client problems
  • Simulating client problems to analyze and resolve user operating difficulties
  • Ensuring proper handling and follow-up of issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent field experience may be substituted
  • 2 + years’ experience working with application support or within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency with computers and related office equipment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
