Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Client Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring client understanding of outgoing communications related to the project
  • Being the primary contact responsible for proactive communication related to the project for clients
  • Providing daily client support as necessary during the course of the project

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel (less than 10%) and work extended hours as needed
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years experience
  • Knowledge company systems or EFT Industry experience a must
  • Responsible for client problem resolution following defined processes
