Job Summary

A health information management company is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Improvement Auditor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting clinical documentation, and meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Adhering to all coding and clinical documentation improvement
  • Performing review on CDIS queries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with telecommuting, working with EMRs and other electronic tools
  • Recognized CDI credential from ACDIS (CCDS) or AHIMA (CDIP)
  • Current clinical license (RN, NP, PA, MD)
  • 3 or more years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
