Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Innovation Specialist in the Southern Region.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Make outbound calls to verify clinical information
  • Document all calls and attach clinical information received
  • Create and send out written correspondence

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
