A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Monitoring Line Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing Clinical Monitoring employee performance and career development
• Acting as a subject matter expert in Clinical Monitoring
• Developing training material and training staff to applicable standards

Position Requirements Include:

• Performs site observation visits
• 3+ years of direct CRA Management experience or managing teams in Pharma or CRO environment
• Bachelor's degree and prior work experience as a CRA
• Must have strong presentation, interpersonal and coaching skills
• Motivator and leader of people
