Job Summary
A university is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Nursing Learning Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and integrate clinical and experiential learning into the BSN nursing courses
- Research best-in-class experiential learning practices and incorporate them into courses being developed or updated
- Use evaluation data regarding course relevance, effectiveness and quality to make course improvements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree in nursing
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Simulation experience
- Understanding of the regulatory environment of higher education and nursing
- Demonstrated competence in use of technology for virtual meetings, project management and training
