Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Quality Management Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage process improvement initiatives from the organization
  • Conduct, collect and analyze information and data from office site and/or medical record reviews
  • Monitor changes, corrections and clarifications in applicable regulatory/accrediting body requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel is required - conducting office site visits
  • Current state RN or LPN license or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
  • 6 years of progressive medical coding experience will also be accepted
  • 3-5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
  • CPC, CRC, RHIA, or CCS Certification
  • 1-2 years of Total Quality Management (TQM) concepts, techniques, process and outcome measurements
