Job Summary
A telehealth company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing all components of recruitment process through hiring and contracting
- Using various avenues such as job boards, LinkedIn, provider and industry specific associations, etc
- Supporting providers with onboarding, scheduling and resolving inquiries related to operations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (communications, health care or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, recruitment or marketing/sales experience
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
