Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Cloud Operations DevOps Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and documenting the procedures and policies around cloud systems
  • Helping manage the hosted environment
  • Organizing, prioritizing, estimating the work using agile-based methodologies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of background and experience with Linux/Unix administration, command line, and scripting
  • Working experience with source control solutions like git
  • Working understanding of Jenkins and pipelines
  • Experience using Terraform, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef or Ansible
  • Working understanding of Python, bash and java programming
