Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Cloud Product Owner in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as the main point of escalation for all service needs
• Ensuring that performance meets the requirements of SLAs and OLAs
• Coordinating communication among support staff and systems staff

Qualifications Include:

• 4-5 years of experience with cloud technology
• Ability to provide input in service attributes such as performance, availability, security, etc)
• Ability to participate in negotiating SLAs and OLAs for the service
• Ability to participate in service review meetings
• Ability to ensure the service entry in the Service Portfolio/Catalog is accurate and is maintained
