Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Cloud Security Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, manage and improve security systems, tools, infrastructure and frameworks
- Assist in implementation of security processes and procedures
- Design, deploy, manage and improve systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Security OR 5 years of related experience
- Experience with AWS IAM and other AWS security centric services
- Extensive knowledge of architectures of other common AWS services
- Experience with Cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS in the fields of readiness, security, and/or governance
- Experience implementing modern security tool sets used in securing kubernetes and cloud infrastructures
- Extensive implementation and configuration experience with Security Information and Event Management
