Job Summary

A healthcare consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Coding and OASIS Reviewer in Conshohocken.

Must be able to:

  • Perform comprehensive documentation reviews
  • Review coding and OASIS completion accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Graduate of an approved educational program for nursing
  • Active RN license
  • OASIS C and ICD-10 Certification
  • Home Health coding and OASIS review experience
  • Extensive knowledge of CMS Home Health regulations including OASIS, coding and Plan of Care requirements
  • Advanced computer skills with experience with one or more of Electronic Medical Record solutions
