Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Coding Mentor in Largo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing training documents to assist with coding quality action plans
  • Assisting Coding Leadership in root cause analysis of coding quality issues
  • Helping to coordinate and direct the day-to-day coding educational activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Facilitates and provides coding educational classes/presentations to staff
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required
  • PC Skills
  • Able to analyze, interpret and share data in a presentation format
  • Minimum of 5 years acute care inpatient/outpatient coding experience required
