Job Summary

A healthcare software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Coding Quality Outcome Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating with Quality team on a daily basis to prioritize audits
  • Acting as a resource to coding staff and operational team
  • Participating in agency audits measuring accuracy of coding/OASIS review

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Certified in ICD 10 coding and OASIS
  • 1 year experience as a home care coder
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software technology
  • Ability to coach and train staff
