Job Summary
A hospital network is filling a position for a Telecommute Coding Team Lead in Nashville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, coordinating and performing HSC coding quality reviews
- Providing timely feedback and education as it relates to coding opportunities
- Ensuring accounts are reviewed timely to ensure cash flow and sustain accuracy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED
- 5+ years acute care inpatient/outpatient coding experience
- RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS required
- Extensive regulatory coding and associated reimbursement knowledge
