Job Summary
A bank has a current position open for a Telecommute Collections and Recovery Performance Reporting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead in the development of the overall strategy and direction of the performance reporting program.
- Conceptualize and deploy enhancements to improve collections and recovery reporting efficiency
- Design programs to minimize unnecessary bureaucracy while maintaining strong oversight
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related areas of study
- 4-5 years of experience in Collections /. Recovery analytics / reporting
- SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience
- Strong background and experience in measuring operational performance
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills coupled with advanced MS Office skills
