- Drafting and negotiating customer, vendors, and channel agreements
- Supporting all legal functions within a fast-faced company
- Completing any other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- Active admission to a State Bar
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. Law School
- 4-8 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Significant experience relating to software licensing for cloud-based providers as well as professional services
