Job Summary
A retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Medical and Dental Business Account Associate.
Must be able to:
- Achieve customer satisfaction for existing plan sponsors with an assigned business segment and products
- Work to develop a mutually rewarding working relationship with client contacts
- Research creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years industry or customer service experience
- Multi-functional experience, e.g., enrollment support
- College Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Insurance license for Life and Health Producer in the state of MA required within 90 days of hire
- Proficient in all Microsoft products
