Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Commercial Operations and Strategy Growth Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop the business processes, systems, reports, dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and strategies
  • Support commercial team in all elements of BD execution
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to commercial growth and sales team efficiency

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of professional experience with a track record of scaling commercial teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Leadership principles and practices
  • Knowledge of sales processes, systems and performance analysis
  • Experience working across multiple business units/functions to drive decisions
  • Ability to design new systems and streamline processes for existing and new businesses
