Job Summary

A consumer goods company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Community Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching, building personas, and becoming an expert at our consumer and consumer journey
  • Maintaining and growing all the brand’s owned media properties (social channels, websites, etc)
  • Driving ambitious growth goals for followership, sign-ups, engagement and traffic

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Communications or Marketing preferred
  • 8-10 years of social and digital digital
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful consumer-driven marketing programs
  • Proven track record of executing communication strategies and tracking results
  • Must be very sharp on current trending influential individuals/brands and pop culture
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
