Job Summary

A county is seeking a Telecommute Community Health Worker I in Santa Rosa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting timely investigations by collecting information from individuals with COVID-19
• Referring clinical questions to contact tracing lead
• Performing initial interviews of assigned contacts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Work will mostly be in the field at various locations in the County
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations at a level required for successful job performance
• Ability to learn use of elementary medical terminology
