Job Summary

A health plan has an open position for a Remote Community Outreach Representative in the Bay Area.

Must be able to:

• Organize community involvement activities and programs on a day-to-day basis to build community presence
• Work with a team to develop and implement successful programs and projects geared towards community involvement activities
• Representing the organization at various community involvement functions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree in gerontology, healthcare administration, public health, social work, or related field
• Three plus years of experience in community outreach or nonprofit programs involving older adults
• Strong knowledge of the Aging Network
• Strong research and problem solving skills
• Excellent public speaking skills required
