Job Summary
A product studio has a current position open for a Telecommute Community Programs Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop a community strategy and plan to reach users of the new product
- Scale and manage the community function into a highly effective operation
- Advocate for the global community internally and externally
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in community engagement
- 5 years of experience as the leader of a community program team at scale
- Experience establishing community programs, especially from pre-launch to a large audience
- Experience with creator-oriented programs, products and services
- A background in user-generated content, multimedia, and/or artist relations
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive consensus and collaboration
