Job Summary

A contact center is in need of a Telecommute Community Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being online during scheduled times and ensuring coverage for your scheduled times
  • Reporting program performance or service level issues in a timely fashion as necessary
  • Attending mandatory bi-weekly staff meeting and one on one with direct supervisor

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • 1 year experience
  • Superior PC and Internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Prior call center experience at a supervisor level or higher
