A global software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the analytics that power our compensation programs, from on-cycle programs such as annual review
- Running our marketing competitiveness program
- Serving as a subject matter expert on compensation data and trends
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in a quickly-moving startup environment
- 2+ years of experience in compensation planning and administration in a Technology environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in performing analysis of programs and proposals
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience in developing calculators and other spreadsheet-based tools
- Strong analytical skills
