Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Compensation Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Provide compensation consultation for a line of business within the organization
  • Help create analytics that provide deep insights that assist HR with modeling budgets
  • Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Looking for someone with 5+ years broad-based compensation experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Mastery of Microsoft applications
