Job Summary

A medical technology company is seeking a Telecommute Compensation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing compensation expertise and support to management, HR business partners and talent acquisition teams
  • Managing company bonus plans
  • Managing annual rewards process for base pay, bonus and equity rewards

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Prepare executive presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5-8+ years related experience
  • Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
