Job Summary

A food services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and develop and provide education for leaders, HR, and other business units
  • Designing and implementing company compensation programs
  • Providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities for direct report(s)

Qualifications Include:

  • Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change in a complex business environment
  • Knowledge of current Federal, State, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence and collaborate with others
  • Proven ability to interact with all levels within an organization including executives
