Job Summary

An electronics company is seeking a Telecommute Complaint Handling Business Process Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with the business process experts from the different businesses
  • Coordinating requirements/best practices gathering and other project activities
  • Collecting and reviewing process change and improvement proposals

Qualifications Include:

  • Providing process training
  • A Masters or Bachelor Degree
  • Must be recognized as content matter expert in the area of Complaint Handling
  • Expert working knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to a medical device
  • Requires strong working knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Minimum 5 years in medical device environment
