An investment and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Compliance and Product Delivery Group Benefits Assistant Director in Hartford.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching compliance and contract-related inquiries and drafting policy form language
  • Conducting state filings, disseminating legislative alerts, and drafting reinsurance contracts
  • Serving as subject matter expert strategically responding to contract and compliance questions

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years product & regulatory compliance experience
  • Strong knowledge of the group and voluntary products such as Life, Disability, AD&D, Accident, etc
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to group Life, Disability, AD&D, etc
  • Proficiency in state filings
