Job Summary
A provider of banking services has a current position open for a Telecommute Compliance Auditing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage assigned team of audit professionals in accordance with necessary policies and procedures
- Recruit, hire, and develop assigned staffD
- Determine appropriate audit cycles, maintain an effective continuous monitoring program, and make necessary adjustments to the audit plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Law)
- 7+ years experience in internal auditing, public accounting or other relevant experience
- CRCM, CIPP, CIA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation or advanced degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adaptability to changing priorities
