Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Telecommute Compliance Quality Assurance Testing Manager 2.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Analysts during all testing activities
  • Managing CQA testing teams that cover assigned reviews
  • Assisting in the development of the CQA annual plan based on risk assessments of key focus areas

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ten or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Subject Matter Expert or advanced knowledge of the higher severity laws and regulations
  • Deep understanding of the business line's operations, products and services, systems, and associated risks
  • Thorough understanding of risk and compliance management standards
  • Deep business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
