Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Compliance Quality Operations Specialist in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearing ownership of end-to-end process and quality outcomes
- Acting as primary Point of Contact for all CQO related activities, including UJ CEP/CIT/SL policies
- Chairing and facilitating local committee approval meetings and any other additional meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote only during COVID, onsite once everything is open
- Must have background in compliance specifically to manage the company's Customer Engagement Programs
- Driven vendor excellence and work in partnership with the business
