Job Summary
A publicly traded managed health care company is filling a position for a Telecommute Concurrent Review Care Manager II in Glendale.
Must be able to:
- Contact patients with upcoming hospital admissions and discuss expectations
- Assess patient's condition to understand illness or injury and evaluate ability to follow treatment plan
- Advise patients of probable length of stay and helps anticipate and arrange for services at discharge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate of Nursing program or graduate in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Social Work
- Must have and maintain current, valid and unrestricted that meets licensure requirement for the state in which you practice
- State Driver's License
- Five years clinical experience in a health care environment
